We are Xpos Tech Limited trading under the name of ‘WeeTech’ (‘we’ us’ ‘our’ ‘service’). We are registered in Scotland with the Company Number of SC608790 and our registered address is 53 Kilbirnie Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland, G5 8JD. We provide ePos systems, applications and marketing support to our clients.

We do not guarantee that our website, or any of the content on it will always be available or uninterrupted. However, we will try our best to ensure that we are always up and running. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

This Terms of Use and any claims or disputes which may arise out of or in regards to its content (including without limitation non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Scottish Law and the parties must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
